Just got my new s20+ and got the smart led cover with it. Is there any 3rd party app that allows me to customize it by enabling it to be always on even if it's picked up or notifications support for all apps?

Nope. Got the LED View cover on my phone too and I love it, but the only way to customize it is with the LED Editor on your phone. It should appear in your apps list once you put your phone in your case. Unfortunately, the editor does not allow you to do what you are asking.

As said by CHMultimedia, The LED Wallet Cover can be customized only using an "LED icon editor" which will be installed automatically when you place the LED cover on your phone. If you have an app that's compatible with customizable icons, it will appear in the LED icon editor app.
