I’m writing to report a serious issue that started immediately after updating my Galaxy S23 to One UI 7. I came in Canada and I was one of the "lucky ones" to be ìn the rollout percent. The camera quality has dropped significantly: photos are blurry or over-processed, even in good lighting, videos are unstable, with noticeable shakines, night mode and ultra-wide shots look worse than before, focus is slower and often inaccurate.
This makes the phone nearly unusable for taking decent photos or videos while i am on a trip.
Please advise if a fix is coming soon. I have already tried resetting camera settings. Many users are reporting similar problems, so I hope Samsung will address this urgently. Or if a workaround is in place, let me know.

Nope, I tried all my s23 is still the same, stutters in video recording plus stabilisation feature not working at all. Non of these were there in ui 6.1
The camera has degraded since purchase in February where it is near impossible to take a non blurry, overprocessed photo of people or landscapes. Bought this for big europe trip and it is rubbish. Ive followed recommendations and resetting from tech at place of purchase, harvey norman.

I have pics from my s10+ and S22+ which are brilliant. I want my old model phone back. Samsung need to make these overpriced phones work as they should. Currently not fit for purpose. So disappointed
Hi I hope you pay attention to my letter, the main problem is that Samsung s21 ultra and above have had camera problems after updating to one ui 7 but there are signs from one ui 6, when zooming to 10x and 5x on s21~s24 ultra, there are problems with blur, reduced contrast, lack of detail and the photos and videos are very bad, many people reflect the same thing, I have tried many ways to improve the camera on my s23ultra but it is not effective
but the s25 ultra updated to one ui 8 will have the same problem, I hope that not gonna happen
I just hope that a one ui 8 version will fix the camera error, increase detail, contrast, saturation, ai, new interface, performance, I hope you respect the product you make
Btw I am a Samsung fan, please do not disappoint me :(
After the update my camera now makes a fast ticking sound then starts attempting to focus or switching between cameras very fast. Have to exit the camera and reopen. May have 30 sec to get a photo before it does it again.
