Hi,

How long Samsung is taking to process and deliver Galaxy S21 phones? I bought a S21 Ultra on September 18th and I see no updates im my order since then. I think only Samsung is delaying and that's a shame. My wife ordered her new iPhone 13 after me and she will receive her phone before me. i'm thinking in cancel the order and buy an iPhone as my wife did. At least Apple respect their customers.

I'm waiting for 9 days already. I never had to way too long for an online shopping. I should have the right infos on the website to take my decision.

This is how Samsung cares about its customers? Not providing the right info on the website and leading us to buy stuff that you cannot deliver? This is disrespectful and unacceptable. Now I need to wait 2-3 weeks for a phone that I was told it was in stock.

The problem here is the Samsung website had wrong information about stock and led me to take a wrong decision about buying the new phone. If I was told before buying it that the shipment would take 2 to 3 weeks, I would choose to not buy it, or choose another model, like the Z Fold, that had the same waiting time.
And be asked, by the customer service, to be patient is not a nice thing to do. Your customers are already angry and frustrated by your delays. If you don't have the products, don't sell them. Or give the customer the right forecast for delivery and let us choose what to do.
I really hope I receive the phone next week as promised by the customer service by SMS. Otherwise I'll cancel this order and I'll choose another option. But, for sure, if I receive it, this will be my last Samsung. That's the worst customer care and customer retention I've ever seen.

I am waiting on tab s7+. The shipping time is 4-5 weeks lucky if it won't get delay further. ridiculous for such a big corporation.

Customer care just told me that Samsung will ship between October 20 and October 25. So, the website tells you the phone is on stock, you buy it and then you have to wait because it's not really on stock. I hate you Samsung.
