Smart lock

Use to be able to keep the phone unlocked at home with smart lock now it does not do that.

I give up Snart lock for long time. Give Bixby routine a try. Works well for me. See my screenshot.

I've found smart lock doesn't work reliably at all, and that's on different devices. It'll allow smart unlock when kilometers from home, yet won't allow it when sitting in the living room. Probably should rename it to "hit and miss" unlock.

Hi wingnut, as suggested by others please try setting up a Bixby routine to keep the phone unlocked at trusted places and keep us posted if it works for you.

I have my phone set up with smart lock to detect at home, my watch, and Bixby routine and it still locks sometimes

Just found out it was an update to the google play services app that broke it. Up to google to fix it but apparently you can disable updates in google play then turn off updates in the play store for all apps if you want to go that route.
