Strange android 14 app on my s23 ultra.

Does anyone know what the F this is? I can't uninstall it, it has all these strange permissions and I'm super frustrated and disappointed with Samsung as they have no answered or acknowledged any of my previous concerns with my device. To me it seems hacked and I'm 95% sure it is, but I just upgraded to one ui6 and still this doesn't seem right. I need some help here anyone.

Please follow the below steps.

1 Launch Samsung Members app.

2 Tap on Support and Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.

3 Choose a category below.

4 Make Sure That Send System Log Data is Selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in details.

I've done that. As stated in the description, noone has gotten back to me or will provide a clear answer. Thanks tho
