Tab S6 QR code wants to do a cmc://setting change to my S8 to establish a "call and text of other device."  How do I accomplish this.

Having same issue with QR code scanner as far as what the person said in this comment that I'm replying to goes only difference being that I believe they had the tab 6 if I remember correctly and don't know if it makes Little to any difference but I have the TAB 7 FE if that makes little or any difference as I am not text having wouldn't know but again having issue with QR scanner on my phone when scanned I'm brought results of literally just pictures of other QR codes or I can translate it into a different language or when I search as this person said I get the exact same link that starts with a c and doesn't take you or do anything other than bring you up to more pictures of other QR codes... have gone through the entirety of this whole chat and done the top four results three times now each step by step word for word exactly as said and continue to get the exact same results each time QR code can scanner just isn't doing anything other than basically showing me results of pictures of other QR codes are trying to translate it from English to whatever... one quick side note that I don't know if is the issue or even has anything to do with it but I do have an older phone it's got the current Android operating system but it's an LG VQ thin 40... and I don't blame you if you get a laugh or two out of my dinosaur of a phone but I don't have the need nor want nor the issue that literally 99.99% of this entire world seems to have nowadays that I can't even go to the bathroom without some form of device in my hand to do so... so I will understand if it's just not the operating system but my phone itself just is a dinosaur I get it but I'm not going to buy a new phone just so I can scan a QR code cuz if the only issue that I've had is my phone is that it doesn't scan QR codes then the QR codes can take the heel tow Express on down the street cuz I didn't need them before and I honestly don't need them now I just thought it'd be a cool feature to have on my Tab 7 which I bought almost 4 to 6 months ago it seems like and only just now today pull it out of the box because again I am not glued to and literally life lost without my device as almost the entirety of the world seems to be nowadays as I grew up when you used to remember numbers with your brain, and didn't have to worry about losing your brain or it being stolen because it was always on you and couldn't be removed and still to this day can recite all 46 of my contacts phone numbers top to bottom and not stutter stammer panic pause think hesitate in any way shape or form because again and last time I'm going to say it my device is not my literal figurative heart brain backbone an extremely so sadly to say that the vast majority of the world lost their phone tomorrow morning there'd be more suicides then when Wall Street crashed but the results would be the exact same "oh no, life ISN'T worth LIVING, as I can't remember what the number for 911 is and Google's not there to tell me nor is Siri, life can no longer go on", (sound of window raising, followed by "AHHHHHHHHHH" END RESULT. EVER HURD OF A "STREET PIZZA"? You got your phone your hand right now look it up if you haven't, parental discretion is advised) LOL sorry I got a little off topic back to the point QR scanner doesn't seem to work is it my phone is it an operating system issue or am I doing something wrong if you've stuck with me through the entirety of this message and actually have an answer or result or even a potential solve to my problem I will follow you through the fires of hell and back as you did for and with me in this question turned short story, and of that which I do wholeheartedly apologize and again if you stuck with me this long as long as it's not just flat out stupidity I'll do everything you say to the T as long as it makes sense and seems to be doing something that's actually doing something but if I don't even get a single response to this comment I honestly wouldn't be upset because I have a tendency to ramble as I'm on the Spectrum not that that matters but if you have results I'm willing to listen as you gave me your time you will have mine to the fullest of my extent
