Tab S6 QR code wants to do a cmc://setting change to my S8 to establish a "call and text of other device."  How do I accomplish this.

I have a Samsung S8+ and a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7.
1) No switch to Toggle on the phone
2) a QR pops up on tablet but camera just keeps creating a text message.
