Text Messaging issues

Cant send or recieve text messages. Have tried restarting, turning phone on and off, force stopping the app. Still nothing. Anyone else? Any known solutions? S9 on Bell Network

I've got a Samsung s6 and I'm not able to send or receive text msges right now either it just keeps saying message failed??

I think is service provider issue. I am using Rogers, but all good.

I'm on bell with a note 9 and my gf is on bell with a s9 and we're both having the same issue
