Good Morning all! Good news I now know how to take a screen shot. Above is what I meant when asked if this normal.

Open Settings → Display → Screen Zoom

try to lower the zoom.

No the issue has not been solved. No where is there any mention of the word zoom.

On my S9+ sorry but it is in French, you see it's written Zoom écran mean Zoom Screen and i have Mode d'écran meaning Screen mode if you have it you can choose different Screen mode and you have screen resolution you have different resolution but it's seems that the issue came from the display setting. I hope it will help you. Alain

Do you have try to change the font size because me when my font is to big i have downsize my font because it does what appears on your screeshot and can you take a screeshot by just passing the side of your hand from left to right or right to left, me i can do it.

Police mean FONT, it's me who have made a mistake but do you have resolved your issue ? Alain
