Galaxy SWith a recent update to S22 the voicemail notification remains on with an empty voicemail box. The Phone Services app will not clear cache nor data. The Home Screen swipe down New Voicemail message will not swipe to delete it. Apps reset did not fix it. I am seeing that even a Factory Reset does not solve the problem. Is there any solution or is this something Samsung and Android need to add to a future update to solve? New Voicemail Notifications are useless if the icon remains and the notification bar does not clear. Any suggestions?

Galaxy SContact your Carrier to get them to remove it.
Normally, just checking your voicemail should remove it, but it's generated by your Carrier.

Galaxy SHi, we appreciate your efforts in trying all the possible ways to disable the voicemail notification on the device.
Voicemail services are controlled by your network provider.
As adviced by RedDogRabbit, please contact your network provider to remove it.

Galaxy SContact Rogers again, and ask to speak to a Supervisor in Tech Support.
The Notification is from your Carrier (Rogers), and they can remove it, removing your Voicemail from your plan & Adding it back would be one way to do it.
There's probably a better way, but this is the most obvious to me at the moment.
