When my wind down is set up it changes to black and white screen but after the end time it does not revert back to colour. This only happens if the phone restarts overnight. Not sure why my phone restarts overnight randomly. I have to log back in then the phone reverts to black and white screen /greyscale screen. I have had to turn off the wind down feature completely in order to have a colour screen. defeats the purpose. Any thoughts ?
Please note that when "Wind Down" mode is enabled, the screen on your phone will appear to be in black and white and will continue to do so until the mode is turned off. Powering the phone off and on will not turn off the feature. To set the schedule to activate wind down mode, tap Turn on as scheduled, tap the switch to activate it, and then set the days and time.
You misunderstood his question. He said that if the device reboots while on Wind Down mode, Wind Down will not disable itself in accordance with its established activation rules.
correct. i have set wind down to start at 10 pm and end at 7 am. when I turn on my phone in the morning after 7 am the phone indicated it is restarting and then reverts to wind down despite my clock being after 7 am
