Youtube Pinch Zoom not working anymore(S8)

Until a few days ago, the YouTube video pinch zoom is not working for me anymore on my Galaxy S8. I don't know how to fix this. I uninstalled YouTube update, and reinstalled it , but I had no luck. I also restarted my phone, but this problem still persists.

any tips to fix this? also is there anybody else with a similar problem?

that just makes the video more vivid and bright. im talking about the pinch zoom function. which allows for the video to fit the whole screen.

it's the version 13.07.55. I went on Google Play store reviews, and I'm seeing a few others also complaining about the pinch zoom function not working. maybe, I'm not the only one.

Pinch to zoom to view YouTube in infinity display is working on my S8 PLUS.

Hey @leolionhunt, could you please try wiping the cache on your device and check if pitch zoom works with your device?
