Android 13 issues

I have a Flip 3 with Android 13, security patch November 1 2022. I'm noticing that my ringtone setting will default to its own sound everytime I set it to my own sound. When I set it to what I want, a few hours later it's back to default again. Didn't do anything with the phone to get that to happen. Wasn't even using it. I have an S21 with Android 13, security patch December 1 2022 with exactly the same issue. That one also has location permissions for some apps randomly changing to different settings on its own too. What can I do to fix these issues?

Hi, we request you to use your device in safe mode and check if it is showing the same issue.

To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:

1.First, completely power off the phone.

2. Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

3.If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.

4.Once you are in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

5.To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.
