Galaxy ZI was very frustrated recently with the call quality from the Samsung care call center. For a place that's only job is answering phones and resolving issues you would think call quality would be top priority but it is not. The call quality is awful, I think they must use cheap headsets or something because reception is so choppy. Then you can't hear the person you're supposed to be talking to because of the other 3 people speaking within a foot radius of your tech, they must be packed like sardines in a room. When you throw a heavy "Indian" accent on top of that I've hung up on numerous times just because I can't make anything out. I would like to add that all the techs are very polite and helpful i just can't understand them.
