eSIM has been supported by the Canadian Carriers, ie: iPhones. The issue is that Samsung decided not to allow it's use in Canada until recently, and then only some devices.
There's absolutely no reason from a hardware point of view, it's just some nonsensical reason.
Hi uzairm87, As of now E-SIM is avilable for S21 and Note 20. Samsung suggests the users to check for the update and will also share the information about the availability of E-SIM on other devices soon in future.
I would like to know why you who work for Samsung have never answered general questions. You should be able to tell us at least which update the esim will support. I noticed that whenever there is a question on the forum about unlocking anything on your cellphones, you never get an answer. Samsung member Canada is really pitiful. Besides, Samsung Canada is pitiful.
