Help, I deleted text messages and I need to retrieve. They were not backed up. They must be saved somewhere.... phone memory?

I am not an avid user of tech and apps and smart phones in general... latecomer with lots to learn, curious if other Samsumg owners use the Samsimg cloud for backing up?

Samsung Cloud is being largely discontinued in Canada (at least) for a number of types of backups. OneDrive is replacing what Samsung Cloud is no longer used for. 

Personally, I'd suggest that you use Smart Switch & Google Drive for your backups.

I still use Samsung Cloud for message backup too.
