My email is showing that I haven't gotten a new one since Friday. Even after I've refreshed nothing new comes in. I've had some important emails sent to me that I can't see or access, any ideas to help?

Which device & email app are you using?

Did you go to the App's Settings and Check that Sync is enabled for the email app?

You could also go to Settings > Apps & Search for the email app & Click on it & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app & Reboot.

See if this fixes the issue for you?

Try to uninstall and reinstall the email app.

Clearing BOTH Cache & Data ,effectively does the same thing as Uninstalling & Reinstalling an app.

Technically, it is not completely the same. During the uninstalled and reinstall processes, related HW drivers are reinstalled as well, and all of the configuration parameters are completely reset up again from fresh.

Android does not use device drivers.

Clearing BOTH Cache & Data an Android app, may leave some files in the device Cache, but so would Uninstalling & Reinstalling the app.

You could always Boot into Recovery & Wipe Device Cache, or use an app like SD Maid SE to delete app remnants.

I am not sure what you are talking about "Android does not use device drivers".
