Hey Community Or Moderators,

I need some support here. I just went through an awful experience with getting my Fridge repaired, and to add insult to injury, the Samsung support team has told me now three times that I would be getting a call to make things right and I still havent heard from anyone.  My new fridge is FINALLY working, but I'm pretty upset about everything and feel like I'm running in circles.  I tried going through the online chat last week, and was told someone would be in contact with me.  Today i tried to reach out through the chat and was bumped out of waiting, stating something to the effect of too high volumes.

Is there a email or another way I can get through to someone?  Samsung, you're very close to losing a customer for life.  Not to mention that I was both insulted, talked down to, and dismissed when I called to get support because the tech hadn't shown up for the second time for a scheduled appointment.

I am boggled by the fact that so many complaints about customer service for phones, tablets, stoves and fridges..and it doesn't reach Samsung?

Hey Community - Here's an update.

Moderator literally said:

I can understand  how frustrating that must be.
If I had been in your situation, I would have been frustrated too."

Not even an attempt to solve the problem!

Went through the online chat the next day, spoke to a manager - who said they would personally follow up with me to ensure customer satisfaction department had contacted me - which they never did.  I was told three times that they would contact me, and one time when following up they literally insulted me!  Took them 31 days to get someone out to fix a warranty problem with my new fridge, but to make it worse, the tech didn't show up the first three appointments!  I'll say this - they may have cool products, but Samsung has proven to me that when you need them they actually dont care about you.  Guess they're saving money by not supplying any customer service.
