Google messages or samsung messages

So hello community just seeing what's everyone using for rcs. Google messages or samsung. I've been using samsung but I like the look of Google as far as how it breaks down group chats. What I don't like is the color I have dark mode and samsung messages look great with the black background where Google js a Grey looking color. If samsung would implement Google style samsung messages would rock. Anyways. Would like to hear what everyone else is using and I'd there is a work around to get Google messages in the black color like samsung.

Google messages for sure. Samsung Messages sukks even Samsung recommends to go with Google.

I agree but really like the dark background on samsung. Wish Google would do that

My color pallet is correct as everything is rich black other then Google messages which are a dark but Grey look not a rich

Google Messages for me as well. 

Google's Messaging app is actively being developed, not sure about Samsung's.

You can schedule texts as well with Google Messages, not sure if you can with Samsung's messages app? 

RCS has always worked with Google Messages & regardless of the Carrier, as long as they support RCS at all. 

Samsung Messages is / wasn't always able to get support for RCS from the Canadian Carriers, even if it was available through them. 

As for the background, you can Theme more than just that with a proper Theme that Themes 3rd party apps, ie: HEX Installer.

This is the app I use for Theming my device. 

I'm not using any of the available Plugins (although I have a bunch), as I prefer an essentially Black AMOLED look, with a lime green accent for most things.

Google's Messaging is Themed using HEX Installer.

Thanks I'm with you on the black amoled also it's my preference now to try this on Google messages and I'm good. Thanks for the heads up and screen shot. 🍻
