Does anyone know how to turn off video sound? Every time my phone rings I get a video that pops up with different dancers a d a ringtone I didn't choose. How can I change it?

a screen shot would probably help in the request because I don't know what your talking about. is it some sort of ad from something you installed?. or is it some sort of live wall paper?

Hey Leanne79,

That would most likely be a 3rd party app. If you want to get rid of it completely, I suggest you do this:

1- Goto Settings
2- Goto Apps
3- Look for an app with the name Video Ringtone in it.
4- Click on the app
5- Click Force Stop
6- Click Uninstall

That should solve it.

I suggest you to check your phone in Safe mode for 24 hours to diagnose the issue because third-party apps may cause unusual behavior on the phone. Safe mode to check if added apps are causing problems. This mode loads only basic system software and allows you to disable third-party apps.
- First, Turning off the phone, Then turn it on.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the volume down button.
- When the home screen appears, the Safe Mode is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen.

Once you're in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

To deactivate Safe Mode, Simply reboot the device.

To be honest, I don't even remember. I was going through ringtone then some how ended up on create AR then video.
