Hello Samsung members.

Does someone has a clue or did someone ever had a "authorize payment" of 0.20$ twice in their cards, for Samsung Electronic?

Would someone know what it is?

I'm in Canada BTW.

Yes, it's happened to others.

Have a look at the link below:

Samsung doesn't seem to give refunds for anything, even if you purchase an app on the Galaxy Store, unlike Google Play, you can't get a refund..

Just another reason why I would never purchase anything directly from Samsung.

Hi AnnitaMaria,

If you’ve recently subscribed to a service, such as Samsung Cloud, Samsung Pay, or a Samsung app, a small charge could be part of the process to confirm your payment details.

If there were recent changes to your Samsung account (e.g., adding a new payment method), small "authorization" holds might appear.

Log into your Samsung account and look for any subscriptions, pending charges, or active services tied to your payment method.

Thank you.
