We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.

Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.

Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

We truly thank you for your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. We understand that you're excited to receive our latest Samsung Galaxy devices. We greatly value your support, and we will continue to monitor and update you on the situation as we learn more.

As like many I'm waiting on my ultra but I got over the wait time the issue that got me was that warranty starts day of purchase not the day recieved so I'm already out a month of warranty and haven't even touched the device lol it's very odd I left Samsung for apple after the s10 and had no regrets decided to give android another shot and this is how it's starting I'm not raging **bleep** happens it's not like tech is mass produced like it used to be cause covid and resources and yadda yadda but it's frustrating as I'm not a patient human but such is life sometimes ya gotta wait. If I can deal with being stuck with Trudeau I can wait for a cellphone. It's a luxury not a necessity

Thank you for a being a breath of fresh air in this swamp. Yeah completely agreed with you, delays **bleep**, I've experienced them myself in other times. People acting like they lost their houses in this comment section, kinda pathetic tbh. I can empathize but I won't support toxic **bleep** comments like I've been seeing.

The only "toxic" comments right now are yours here, TBH. Very disappointing that you have no understanding of how people tried to get support and were not given any accurate information.

Wouldn't be surprised, that @steve1911is a Samsung employee, given that he professes to be on the side of the homeless & struggling to eat. Would have thought he'd be failing against the multi billion dollar company that is putting it to the "little guy".

Speaking of toxic.. How about dumping tonnes of Note 7 devices into the ocean??

The Note7 debacle was a device issue which understandably was huge but they can blame that on the design and manufacturing.  This time, it's a breakdown on many levels including logistics, supply, misguided expectation of demand, but most of all, the lack of empathy towards the customers who plunked down $2k to pre-order.  Had they been more upfront about this from the beginning and given us a clearer timeline of delivery, most of us probably wouldn't have been so mad.  Okay, well, some of us.

I called Samsung Canada twice and got the run around before I decided to check out the forums because I'm thinking, I can't be the only person who is frustrated about the long delay and low and behold, I read all these posts.  It was nice that I finally have an outlet for my frustration because it was very unnerving to keep being told to wait another 2-3 week each time I called.  I was looking for a date that I can say, perhaps, when I can likely expect to receive my phone.

Anyway, to say that the Note7 debacle was huge is nothing compared to this bomb.

I only mentioned the Note 7 and Samsung's plan to dump them into the ocean, in response to the use of the word "toxic" referring to the one member's view of the justified & countless complaints as being toxic..

Seems that toxic is a word being used in association with Samsung..

"for environmental reasons" 😂

My orange/pink/salmon/coral color phone should finally be in my hands tomorrow after only 46 days! Got my fedex tracking, at least it's priority overnight shipping. Hope the rest of you start to see tracking numbers now cause maybe a shipping container finally made it to the warehouse and they will ship out lots now
