Are you talking about ejecting the USB connection between your S23 and your computer?

Easiest way, just reboot or power off your computer.

No when i plug my usb key in my cellphone

If you plugged in a USB on your phone, it'll show up in the app "my files".

To safely remove it, in the home screen in the "my files" app, you will see the USB in question. Click the three dots next to it and click on "unmount" to safely remove it.
