One UI 4.1.1 Crashing issue

Ever since I've updated my Tab S7+ to One UI 4.1.1, it has now crashed and shutdown twice ever since

Connecting to a computer is not the only way to make it work as I have seen posts saying you can do it by connecting to another phone etc. but is the easiest explanation for 95% of people that are not geeks to do easily🤣

I have a 2yr old Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 32Gig that is full. How do I speed it up? I GOT PAID FOR ANTI VIRUS APP THAT I JUST PAID FOR, for $28cad for 1 year protection. STILL NOT HELPING! What do I do or what can you Samsung can do from there remotely?

First of all, antivirus is a waste of time & money. Android is not a Windows computer.

If it was my device, I'd back it up & Factory Reset.

Then only restore what I absolutely need to have on the device.

You should notice a definite improvement in it's performance.
