Hello, can someone please tell me why my tablet keeps telling me my wifi password is incorrect? I've only had it a few months, always making sure its updated and now I can not connect. It did this once before then started connecting but since I updated it last night it will not accept the password. Tried forgetting the network and entering the password but no luck.

Hi, we appreciate your efforts in trying the possible troubleshooting steps to get the Tablet connect to WiFi.

If you are having trouble connecting to a Wi-Fi network wirelessly, you can try manually adding the network.

Before proceeding, make sure you know the following information:

The name of your Wi-Fi network (SSID).

The security method for your Wi-Fi network (Open, WEP, WPA/WPA2 PSK or 802.1x EAP)

The password or key for your Wi-Fi network Once you've acquired that information, please perform the following:

From the Home screen, swipe up for the Apps screen and tap Settings. Tap Connections, and then tap WiFi. Tap Add network at the bottom of the network list.

Enter the Network name (SSID) and then tap the Security field. Select the encryption type for the network you are adding, and then tap Connect. If you choose an option other than None, tap the Password field, and then enter the credentials.
