Ever since I've updated my Tab S7+ to One UI 4.1.1, it has now crashed and shutdown twice ever since

Try go to recovery mode to do a Wipe Cache Partition.

- Hold Vol Down + Power button, then choose Power Off

- Start Vol Up + Power button

- Let go all buttons when in Recovery mode.

- Use Vol up and down to navigate

- Choose Wipe Cache Partition

- And reboot system.

Monitor if you still have crash

Along with @Tallmans instructions you have to connect your power cable from a usb port on a computer to the power connection on your tablet and wait until you see the charging icon on your tablet before trying booting into recovery to get the option to work

It's a really du*mb design, that you have to use your computer to Boot into Recovery on these devices.... What if you purchased a Tablet, because you don't WANT a computer?? 🙄

It wasn't by design as it worked normally until they were updated to One UI 3.1 I think it was and then booting into recovery was broken and has never been fixed. I have read the Tab S8s might have the same problem

Guess that Samsung SHOULD have run Betas before the update lol 😂

"Design" by incompetence® 🤣

@Tallman's steps won't work unless they connect their Tablet to a computer, to get into Recovery,as @Ray1 said.
