Hi guys,

So, this Buds Live is a kind of open ear buds. I mean it is not covered your whole ear. Also, it is different from previous Buds. The previous Buds are insert and cover the whole ears. This Buds live, the speakers are not get into the ears too deep. Therefore, it feels comfortable than previous Buds. My iconX need to push the speakers into my ears. Wear long time is not comfy 🙁

The Buds Live is ergonomic design. I was worry about it will easily felt off. But it is not. Very secure. But I have to practice couple times in order to wear it correctly. Just need to give a little push on top to move the ear piece insert in right position.

Let's talk about the sound quality. The sound is great. Adding more Bass than previous Buds. You know, different people has different preference. I think the bass is good to me. Some users may find it weak *** I am not the people who like heavy bass that almost break the car windows*** 😨😨😨

Volume: It is loud enough. The music is clear.

Active Noise Cancelling: This will be a hot topic for most users. I would say it does the job for 80%. Since it is not cover the whole ear, still hear some high pitch or people chatting while ANC enable.

But I tried to stand beside an outdoor air condition, the **grown** sounds are very loud. Surprisingly, ANC removed all the low pitch. Super quiet while standing beside it. Also, not really hear any mowing machine when mowing grass with music. But I can hear car drive by.

I think this is.good. At least when someone yell at you or walk on the street, car comes closer and you can take alert.

But if you want absolute quiet, use the large headset like ear muff. 😜

Few things that I learn. I have to block touch when I adjust or sit my buds on my ears. The surface of the buds are hard to hold on. Every time I hold and insert my buds, ANC turn on and off crazy. Sometime play and stop on tracks. So, better stop touch when wear buds. Then enable touch after.

I also try to use touch function, maybe my finger is too large, can't hit the correct spot 😅. Need some time to get used to it.

Talking on the phone is super clear and even I talk with very little sound, other people still car hear it. I have not play with Bixby yet, just wait for my watch comes in and play with Samsung Health, with, phone watch, earbuds all together. 😄😄😄

Been using outdoor for 2 hours and feel very comfortable. Old iconX will make my ear pain after wear for an hour. Galaxy Buds Live design is good. I love it and no major issue find. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Forgot to add these pictures 😅😅😅

I love the design of these earbuds, but the main problem is I won two Gear IconXs last year and they work just fine and I don't have a need to upgrade 😅

My problem with IconX is having ear pain when used for long time. But I have to admit that the Ambient sound works great on IconX. Different experience with Active Noice Cancelling in Buds Live thou.

this is true. the gear IconX hurts the ears after a while of wearing them. Even the buds+ make my ears feel sore. I just received my buds live today. looking forward to trying them

I just got them this morning with my phone and I had both the buds and the buds + and I think these are amazing. Great sound better bass and very light and comfortable for the ears. The noise canceling i haven't tried yet but if anyone is thinking of a upgrading from the buds or buds + in my opinion you should.
