I am going through the same problem as well, my watch stopped connecting to my phone and then when I opened the wearable app. It kept crashing. In the event of the app running after clearing the cache cache, the watch transfer process is cancelled in the middle. I haven't reset the watch as of yet and the app still doesn't work.

Same hahaha. The transfer process was canceled in the middle all the time. Oh and when I reset the watch and was preparing to connect, my phone called one of my contacts out of nowhere. Don't know if it was the watch or the phone, but was super weird.

Ya I haven't reset the watch yet. Cause idk if I have any backups for the personalization I've done on the watch. So I will end up losing all those.

Dont do it. I had a personalization and the watch told me if I wanted to restore the previous personalization I had, I click yes and nothing happened, I had to do everything from zero 🥲

Apparently it's an issue mostly with Google Pixel phones.

I reset my watch (a hard customized factory reset), reset my phone, and reinstalled the wear app and none of that worked.

Samsung support is of no help. They act like it's a fluke when they know it's a known issue with Pixel phones.

I recently had this problem with my Galaxy 4 watch and a Pixel 5 phone.  To fix it I had to also reinstall an app on my phone called Wearable Galaxy Watch4 Plugin.  You can search for it in the Play Store.  There are different versions of the plugin for different watches.  It's been working fine since.

I'm a little miffed that nowhere in any Samsung instructions does it mention these plugins.  I only found it by accident.

Yes, actually when I erased the wearable app, I also erased the plug in, reinstalled everything again, but didn't work, but maybe for others cab work, is a good tip to do before reseting your watch.
