Samsung TV x Earbuds Pro connectivity issue

I'm using a Samsung Smart TV UN58RU7100 and I'm trying to connect my Galaxy Buds Pro but it always failed. I have turned off my phone's Bluetooth so it won't automatically connect to it.
 
 What I did was open the case and click pair on the TV after it recognized my earbuds. I also try to put both earbuds on and hold both piece to turn on the discoverable mode (I can hear the beeping sound). 
 
 Any suggestions?

Sometimes you have to hold the power button until the TV restarts or simply just turn off and turn On the TV. Happens with me sometimes usually that fixes it

I've tried that unfortunately, it didn't work. I think the TV is the issue.

Hi, If your earbuds have not been paired to another device, simply open the case to put them into pairing mode. If they are already paired to another device, insert them into your ears and hold both touchpads for a few seconds until they enter pairing mode. Navigate to the Bluetooth audio device list on your TV, and select the earbuds to pair with. 2019, 2018, and 2017 Smart TVs (R, N, and M models): Select Home, select Settings, and then select Sound. Select Sound Output, and then select Bluetooth Speaker List.

Hi, as you had performed all the troubleshooting steps, we suggest you to factory reset the TV. Note: When you perform a Factory Reset, all settings will revert to factory default. In addition, if you had your TV professionally calibrated, you may lose the calibration settings if the calibration was not done through the service menu.
