I purchased the Watch 7 just over a week ago and my battery does not even come close to published hours. My previous Samsung Watch which is over 5 years old gave me over a days worth of charge. I currently get between 12 and 15 hours on the new watch. I have turned off the always on display to see if it makes a difference but I am still getting the same results. Any assistance would be appreciated as this is very disappointing

Try turning off the listening from "Hey Google" that helped me.

Go to Battery in the menu on the device, it'll say there if it's still learning.

Hello, Same here Watch7. Using for about 10days. Learning process finished. Battery holds for 10-12hours with all settings disabled (just bluetooth ON) and even the watch is laying on the table with screen off and can barely survive the night.

We kindly request you to send an error report using Galaxy wearable app. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app > Tap on menu > Select Contact us > Tap on Error Reports > Select the device you would like to raise the error report for > Tap on Frequency > Choose between Once, Often or Sometimes > Tap on the text box and explain the issue you are facing with your Galaxy device > Once you are ready to send your error report select > Please ensure Send system log data is ticked.

An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.

We will also communicate it to the relevant team accordingly.
