Hello, I just bought an S7 during Black Friday (they ran put of S8...). Amazing phone (especially compared to my A5 original) but I have a weird bug: I have no app shortcuts on the lock screen, even if they are configured. I'm running the latest update with the November patch. What's even more troubling is that my dad's Galaxy S7, also on Rogers but he bought it a year ago, has them. I tried enabling and disabling the shortcuts, removing FP password, changing apps, disabling Smart Lock... none of them work! Any lead would be greatly appreciated.07475736-71fa-48a8-aebd-71099e22e79e.jpg

Yeesh. FR after 3 days... Actually, out of the box the shortcuts were missing despite appearing enabled. Maybe I'll wait after the next OTA (can I hope to get the December patch in mid-december like the S6 had in November?)

Yeah that's what I had to do when mine disappeared.
