Android 10 F*up Camera

HELP!!!

I updated my A70 to Android 10 today and now the audio is off when I record videos. That is, the audio moves faster than the actions in the video. I've restarted my phone and reset the camera app.

Try this:

1. Relaunch the Samsung Members app.
2. At the bottom center press "Get Help"
3. Select "Interactive Checks"
4. Press & run through the checks to test the Camera.

Thank you Via. Unfortunately that help feature only takes pictures, not videos.

Do you have super steady option turned on ? Try turning it off.

Hi t8nk,

After Android 10 update, it is recommend to do a wipe cache partition.

- Turn off your phone
- Press and hold volume up and power key at the some time
- Once you see Samsung logo, you can release both keys
- Use volume up and down key to navigate
- choose Wipe Cache Partition
- press power button to confirm
- press Reboot

Try to test your camera and see if problem still exist.

I suggest you to perform wipe cache partition as said by Tallman and get back to us with the feedback on the issue.

I performed the cache partition wipe and the problem still exists!!!
Is there a way to undo the installation?
I'd really been looking forward to Android 10 😔

I downloaded Open Camera app and I don't have the issue with that app. Looks like the issue is with the Samsung camera app
