Galaxy ACan you try to clear the app cache? Sometimes that can help. You can follow the steps in this video. Also be sure to check if the NCL app is fully up to date and doesn't have any pending updates.

Galaxy ASorry I noticed you already said you are on 1.8.1.
I'm inclined to believe NCL since their 1.8.1 also works on my end, so it must be a setting or configuration on the phone. Have you tried uninstalling the app completely, restarting your phone, then reinstalling the app btw? You can also try to clear the app data instead of just the app cache to see what happens.
