Galaxy AYou CAN Disable System Apps with adb or one of a few apps available on the Play Store (elsewhere as well.. if you know where to look).
⚠️⚠️⚠️Disable System Apps ONLY if you KNOW what you are doing ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️
Note - Showing System Apps will show ALL the installed apps & you have to know which ones you downloaded & which were preinstalled - You can figure it out by clicking on each app & looking to see if it was downloaded or not - if it wasn't then it's a System or preinstalled app.

Galaxy A-Apps preloaded by your carrier. For example, Vidéotron preloads absolute garbage like JDM, Rogers preloads Amazon and NHL and I don't know what the other carriers do, but be sure they preload their own app to manage your account plus a bunch of unwanted junk you never asked for that they get paid to preload.
-Facebook. There's a stub for Facebook + a bunch of Facebook service apps. Thankfully they can be disabled.
-Microsoft Office. Some MS apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive...
-Google apps. Some you expect to have, like Chrome and YouTube (though disable it and get YouTube Vanced instead).
-Samsung's intrusive ad malware. Visit-In and Samsung Positionning. Disable the package ipsgeofence !!!!!

Galaxy AHi @SamSungtwo,
As mentioned by @Shaggyskunk1BLM, you can go to Settings >> Apps >> Three Dot Menu Top Right >> Show System Apps. It will display the system apps, which are pre-installed.
Also, Consider the suggestion provided by @CHMultimedia, in which he explains about apps Apps preloaded by the carrier.
Thanks, @CHMultimedia, @Cassidy, and @Shaggyskunk1BLM for sharing the information.
