I cannot reply to posts for some reason. I have to keep creating new posts to get my messages to you guys. My connection here is so slow and I can't reply to any posts so I give up trying to reply to you repeated suggestions.

Try the Samsung's Members Webpage , it's easier
https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/community/ct-p/ca-community

P.S. Samsung's Members will advertize you that it could be dangerous cliking on unknow links..so if you don't trust me, cut and paste the link in your favorite browser / Log in and that's it

It will be easier for you..look at all the choice you can have  when clicking on the 3 dots in the browser ..You have also Accept Solution when you are the writer.

to access you have to click OK on the link

I agree with @Cassidy 🤙✌️

But if you wanna fix the app, I'd toss that joker in the garbage and re install it 👍

You also say...
"My connection here is so slow and I can't reply to any posts so I give up trying to reply to you repeated suggestions."

So my inquisitive mind wants to know...

Is your service just a clown show?

Is it only certain places in your circus tent that WiFi doesn't reach?

Or is it just that act (the device your using)and your show that has been limited in WiFi/data attendance?

Hi Piitali,

Please note that due to image spamming in the community, We have temporarily changed the authorization of Beginner Level 1 and the requirement for Beginner Level 2.

Below are the changes:

For Beginner Level 1:

Samsung Members Web: Writing posts, Reply and Private Message is not possible.

Samsung Members App: Writing posts are allowed, But Reply is not possible.

The requirement for Beginner Level 2: Ranked up 5 days after the joining Samsung Members.

Excellent idea, making it a permanent policy would be even better 👍

Not agree, when you answer to a post, you have to ask sometimes questions to be sure to give the better answer and we need to get the answer...i hope this won't be permanent

Piitali and I lost 1 hour with this

You have a valid point. Sometimes in order to help a new member, you need to see screenshots etc.

I was thinking purely about the offensive spam that has been posted in the past.

Maybe limiting what a new member can post as a new post, but then allowing them to post images in replies to a more senior member's question would work?

That way you wouldn't have some new people posting nonsense as a new post, but you'd still be able to help them if they are replying. Does that make sense?

I think then only Images should not be allowed for beginners level 1 but reply should be accept..

Piitali wrote 3 or 4 posts because he can't reply and this is spamming the forum ...

Are you going to say to somebody who needs help to wait 5 days if he want to answer you ?

No, that's not what I'm saying. Re-read my previous post.

I'm saying that as a new post, new people should not be allowed to post images in THEIR initial post, but they should be able to post images in replies. ie: if they are asked to provide a screen shot of the problem.

And they should certainly be able to reply to questions.

I think that Samsung's policy for new people needs some adjustment in order to be able to help people.

What I support 100% is that new people should NOT be able to post images as their ORIGINAL post, that way you won't wake up to see some new person has posted a bunch of offensive images.

It looks like Samsung Members is using a hammer instead of a tap to address the issues with some people posting inappropriate content.

It's a idea...but is this possible...that's the question..

Don't forget than users can have many Samsung's account

Anyway,we will wait for what Samsung's Moderators have decided...we need to know if we have to answer to a beginner

@Mytech , it's interesting as you say
