Galaxy A- Try:
A simple Reboot.
Reset Network Settings.
Reboot your Modem / Router.
See if that works for you.

Galaxy AHi,
Wi-Fi calling issues can occur due to various reasons, such as network settings, router compatibility, or device-specific configurations.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Confirm Wi-Fi Calling is Enabled: Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi calling and ensure it is turned on. If it’s already on, toggle it off and back on.
Forget your home Wi-Fi network: Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, select your home network, and tap "Forget." Reconnect to your Wi-Fi by entering the password again.
Reset the network settings on your phone: Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Note: This will delete all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices, so you’ll need to reconnect afterward.
Thank you.
