I recently updated my Note 10+  to One UI 2.1 and loved the camera features and additional features added, but along with that also noticed lag while playing Call of Duty Mobile the game was on high graphics and high FPS but even after tweaking it to the lowest graphics and FPS it still lagged.

First I thought its a Bluetooth issue as I could sense disturbance on my headphones. I did reset my bluetooth settings and tried to clear cache and data, still the game stutters and its one of the frustrating experience I have had since the update.

Before the One UI 2.1 (One UI 2.0) it worked like charm even on high graphics quality and higher FPS.

How would Bluetooth have anything to do with your framerates? I'm curious as to how you came to this conclusion 🤔

Hey @ harsh08

Check if there is any update for the app. If not, please try to uninstall and reinstall the application. If the issue persists, report the issue to app developer so that they will help to fix the issue.

" I recently updated my Note 10+ to One UI 2.1"

That's likely the issue
Try this...

If that doesn't help I'd backup with smartswitch and factory reset 🤷

I dont know whats wrong, cause I played a night before the Update and experienced no lags whatsoever, but ever since I updated it to One UI 2.1 i experienced serious stutters and audio lag. Also tried reinstalling the game but same problem. I hope it resolves with future updates.

Hey there. Just came across your post while trying AGAIN to figure this crap out. I'm rather annoyed. I don't play cod as much as I do pubg but I searched it using cod this time just to prove a point....ITS NOT PUBG OR TENCENT, ITS DEFINITELY SAMSUNG AND UI 2.1. This is my last post, search my name in the north American samsung community and you will see my other posts/comments to others. You'll also see you're not alone in this.  I'm pasting my last reply below:

Hey bud, hope you're well. I've discovered your post during my 3rd week of researching this frame rate loss issue. I've played pubg daily since season 2. I've had every galaxy note out out, and in the current state of my 10+ I'd have to say my note 8 performed better back when I had it.

I've had the 10+ since release day, it ran pubg very well, perfectly actually.....That is up until a few weeks ago when I got the ui 2.1 update. Ever since that day pubg had run like trash! I can't even really stand to play anymore. Terrible frame rate, lag, and overall gaming experience.

I've tried all I can to correct it; tweaking developer options, clearing the cache partition, performance mode on and off. Ive posted in a few forums, and I know there are more than a few people making the same complaint but I can't find a solution ANYWHERE!

Please let me know if you have been able to get it running right again. Thanks!

As many people started recieving the One UI 2.1 update.. they started noticing these bugs and have complained on forums, but its just not me, there are many. 1. The frames drop while gaming and 2. Not charging as fast as it used to when unboxed.

Fast charging on this phone was the one of the best feature for which i liked this phone so much, ofcourse there are many other features, but fast charging was insane. With the new update its gone... I think I see minor improvement in my battery life.. that doesn't justify the reason to take away fast charging.

Hoping Samsung listens to the community and tries to fix everything on their phones via next major updates.

Peace!
