Galaxy NoteAll kidding aside, it's still glass as mentioned. It's still susceptible regardless... Keyword is -resistance and not -proof. Which means there's still that small chance of, well, you know what. Lol
The phone's not cheap as well. Is it better to slap on a case/protector to protect the investment? Of course, unless you get those extended insurance warranty thingies that cover it.
Overall, peace of mind for me would always be a case and protector. I've dropped my Note 10+ many times (as well as my previous Note 8). Still good. Of course, my brother is more 'abusive' and already had to replace the TGP twice. Better that than having to shell out repair costs on it. Lol
