I randomly get full screen pop up ads and they are all on the Samsung internet preinstalled app.
I have deleted apps downloaded recently thinking this is the problem, but it hasn't resolved the issue.
Please advise.

download an ad blocker, if it only happens on the internet mostly then its probably just pops up from the internet

check notification settings if there are malicious app that is turn on the notification. or your last option if yoj really can't find it, master reset it. that's what i did. hehe..

I believe @Habsfan may be right—have you tried closing all of your webpages to see if that fixes the issue? If not, it may be a third-party app problem.
