Loving it. Thank you Samsung. Have been waiting for so many years for this features. I can uninstall some free apps (I hate ads).

Hi akmaleseya, Every time you leave the Network drive, you need to type the credentials which are mandatory and help to maintain security and privacy.

Can we please submit a feature request to remember network storage credentials??

Having to re-enter credentials just to navigate between internal / SD and NAS drives is driving me crazy.. id rather just use another app. If this is because of "security" reasons... improve your app security! Many other apps do this - like all synology apps!

I like the my files app, its simple and does the job (im sure I did not have this issue prior to a recent factory reset...)

Please add this feature and make the network storage feature useful

I have the same problem with my note 20 ultra, when I exit the app an go back to network storage there is nothing. I have to re-enter everything back to conect to my network storage. But on my galaxy tab s5e it remembers everything also on my wife's galaxy s 10 weeks all well and it remembers all network storages and credentials!

Is Network storage not available or supported on my Galaxy a50?

I can access network share using NAS's local account, but it appears that the Windows domain credential (in form of domain_name\user_name) does not work. The error message is "unknown error: vfs.provider.smbj/ authentication-failed". I can access the share from Windows and other file manager apps on the phone (specifically, Cx File Explorer has dedicated field for entering domain and username) in this way though.  Any idea?
