Galaxy NoteYou can try a couple of things.
First go to Settings > Apps search for Samsung Messages & click on it >Scroll down to "Allow to Appear on Top" & Toggle it OFF. That should stop the blinking/flickering.
You could also install Google Messages & set it as the default messaging app, which theoretically will stop Samsung Messages from causing the issue.
