There's some kind of overlay on Note 8 screen that's for sure. Burn in is not like this.
Factory Reset your phone. If that doesn't work, something is definitely bad.

You mess around with the RGB in the adaptive display settings? or change the hue to scale from cool to warm colors?

you gotta change the color balance. get rid of the green and red. under settings you can search up full screen color balance and change it to suit your color needs

Hey @mito, as others have said it is most likely a screen colour setting. Search color balance in settings as @sully has said. If changing the settings does not work, please try a factory reset of your phone. If you are still having issues after that, please take it in to a Service Center.
