Note 8 software update

Hi,it's been a while that I try to update the software on my Note8 and cannot do it. 

Automatically doesn't come up,but even if I try manually,I press "Download and Install " nothing comes up. Virtual assistant says it depends on smartphones country of origin and i think my Note 8 is fabricated in India.

Any suggestions?

What is the version you're currently on ..? Please share a screenshot of the bottom end of the Download page for the update first, then install this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vndnguyen.phoneinfo
Go in the Firmware page and post a screenshot of it. You may uninstall the app afterwards. See my sample screenshots
