I saw Koodo community forum, RCS seems to be rolling out now.

you can use rcs with google message for now. RCS on samsung messaging coming soon.

I imagine Koodo is the same as Telus since they handle Koodo and they have RCS working for Google messaging but not Samsung messaging yet

you really need to check with your carrier as they are the ones who can answer this question... posting it here is only going to get you junk answers it not up to Samsung but Telus/Koodo

I just called Telus yesterday and obviously they said no time frame for RCS in samsung. works on pixel..
