Samsung/Android pay problem

Hi,
I bought an international unlocked Galaxy note 8 from Samsung store in Thailand. I live in Canada It was working fine but everytime i had to restart it i was getting a message that in-order to be more compatible with my Carrier services i need to do a factory reset. Do i did a factory reset. After the factory rest I noticed that i don't have Samsung pay i couldn't even find the app on Galaxy app store or Google Play. So I downloaded Android pay. But when i run the app it gives me a message that i have rooted my phone! Samsung pay was working properly before, it doesn't work now. All i did was a factory reset. I did another reset but it still didn't work. During the second reset i noticed i was not getting any messages in Thai as i was getting the during the first factory reseI downloaded root checker and it tells me my phone is not rooted. i noticed that on play store settings my note 8 says that my device is NOT Verified? Does anyone know what's wrong with my phone

No because you will I stall Samsungs official firmware.

i bought it from Samsung Thailand. i know the firmware was from Thailand i don't know what's happened that's changed to Chile now

You can try changing the CSC, enter *#243203855# in your dialer and it should let you change it, but it will reset your phone.

i got this error. i downloaded the Thai firmware from sammobile. would yhat help?

Your phone isn't multi CSC that code won't work.

If you downloaded thai firmware make sure its sm-n950f version any other version is not going to work. Refer link below on steps on how flash. Download odin 3 and follow steps provided.

odin is for Windows computer and i have Mac. i think I'm just going to through this crap in the garbage. its a shame that Samsung Canada won't honor the warranty just because it was purchased 2 weeks ago outside of Canada. this took alot of tube and energy. thanks alot for your help 👍👍👍

no. i couldn't get jodin working. also adding for another file "Heimdall" which my system says its not compatible with the latest mac os. so im just going to let it go
