Samsung note 10+ no wifi calling recently

After updated android 11, my Samsung note 10+ wifi calling is not working, pls help...

Hi, As you have updated the android version I suggest you to perform Wipe Cache Partition and write back to us if the issue still persists.

Please try performing the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below and check if the issue got resolved.

Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.

When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition".

Press Bixby / Power key to select.

Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.

When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

just try wipe cache partition, still same.. no luck

You can try the following suggestions first.

Wipe Cache Partition

- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partotion
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system

If above suggestion not working, try reset your network settings
***Note: you need to rejoin all Wifi networks and pair all you bluetooth device again

Open Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings

So, you said WiFi Calling is not working. Do you have WiFi Calling feature? Are you try to enable WiFi Calling, then turn off itself? Or there is an error message when try to enable it?

Hi, I already tried wipe cache partition, no luck .. I use wifi calling past 2 years in the same Samsung Note 10+, I still use wificalling last week with andriod 10, just upated to andriod 11 few days ago, the wificalling cannot use anymore... then I search the web and forum, they have lots of case like me after updated to andriod 11 ...then I found a imprefect way to partially fix.. when I want use wificalling, I have to disable the 4g calling (VOLTE ), then wificalling is come back, but when I go out without wifi, I have turn on 4g calling, otherwise I can't receive in coming or outgoing call with carrier mobile signal...  any suggetion???

I tested with my Note10+, it works for me on Android11. I've VOLTE and WiFi calling turned on at the same time.

Are you with Rogers? Maybe you need to contact your carrier?
