Hi Dezeraie, Samsung recommends waiting a few days (up to a week) to give the service provider time to roll out the update. Service providers schedule updates to be delivered in batches. It is possible that the update is not received immediately after the initial launch. Other variables that can impact delivery include how many devices are in need of the update and how large the update is.
Sorry to correct you, but it's nonsense that the carriers release updates in batches. This has been repeatedly provided as being the case, not only by the carriers, but also by Samsung.
Updates are NOT released in batches, when they are released, it's to everyone at the same time.
