Wireless Charger Issues

I'm charging my Note 8 with no case, with original Samsung fast charging, to convertible wireless charger (EP-PG950) which I just bought from Samsung.

The issue is when I put it up to horizontal position it shows charging but when I woke up in the morning it says "not charging" with the battery remained the same as I left it the night before. However, when I charge it on flat position it does not have any problems. Help?

Try different power brick and different outlet. If that don't fix your problem, wireless charger can be at fault so look for replacement or repair.

Yup, already talked with Samsung support. They'll replace my unit.

are you using a case..it shouldn't matter but..sometimes can get in the way

That's stupid actually for a product cost $129.99 can't handle a thin casing. But in this case, I wasn't.

total agree with you. mine works with the Samsung case I use but I haven't tried it horizontal....gonna try it tonight

It did worked eventually. But you need to placed it at I certain angle I guess (??) sometimes it work sometimes it won't
