After updating one UI to latest version, my s22 ultra is not allowing me to download any new app from play store , not even updating existing apps

I would suggest :

Clear the cache for the Google Play Store app.

Wipe the system cache partition.

Contacted samsung technical support.. even they are not able resolve.. so as usual they ask me to reset the device.. lolz

Make sure you're still signed in and the playstore has all the proper permissions allowed

Please try to Remove and Re-add Google Account:

Sometimes issues with the Google account linked to the Play Store can cause problems with app downloads.

Go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts, then select your Google account and tap Remove account.

Restart your phone, then go back to Manage accounts and re-add your Google account.

I have followed the same. Removed the account 》restart the phone》 added acc
Still i am facing the issue..

Been facing the same issue on the s24 uktra since the update and tried all the suggested solutions but it seems the only way around at the time is to wait until all the apps have finished downloading on the list and then to click update on the apps that failed one at a time . Make sure than no 2 apps are downloading/installing at the same time.
