about mobile data toggle key

i have samsung s8+ (Canadian version) and whenever I want to start mobile data i have to go in setting and then it's too long procedure so please add mobile data toggle key in notification panel

This has been discussed before. Talk to your carrier about restoring that button as the carriers are the ones that removed it. There is a workaround offered here if you just search for it.

i bought phone directly without any Carrier

It's not possible. There's no data toggle on S8/S8+/Note8/S9 all the latest phones.
There's a way tho, using Adb shell. Would suggest you to search Google, just search enable data toggle S8.

A5 2017. Used adb... takes 2 minutes once you are confident. go slow!
